STATEMENT
OF
COOPERATION
.

1.     Because of limited enrollment and a stringent budget, it must be understood that the parents will pay tuition payments promptly.  Payments are due on the first day of each month.  Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month will receive a reminder note and be assessed a $5.00 late fee.  A $10.00 late fee will be added if the account is not paid in full by the end of that month.  If, by the first day of the second month, the account has still not been paid,  a letter will be sent from the Superintendent requesting the account is made current by the 15th of the second month.  Students will be temporarily suspended from school until the account is made current, or until written arrangements for payment have been made with the principal.  No report cards or transcripts will be released until a student’s family account has been paid in full.  NO REFUNDS will be made for the fees such as registration, activity, or book/materials. Students attending one or more days of any month will owe that month's full tuition.

2.     Since the tuition charged does not cover the actual cost of educating our children, we recognize that our participation is needed in prayer, service, and gifts as the Lord makes it possible.  Each family is asked to volunteer 20 hours of service to the school each year in various ways either on campus or at home.

3.     In full cooperation with the school, we will endeavor to attend as many school functions as possible.  We sincerely pledge our loyalty to the aims and ideals of the school and will bring any and all questions and criticisms directly to the administration so they may be properly considered by those in authority.

4.     The teacher and administration are hereby given full discretion in the discipline of our children.  Parents will be notified if swats are to be given unless they tell us no call is necessary.

5.     The school reserves the right to not accept any family who in the consideration of the faculty, staff, and administration does not cooperate with the rules and standards of the school.  If a student is dismissed for any reason, the tuition will be prorated on a monthly basis for that period of time that the child was enrolled in school.

6.     All students are accepted on a nine-weeks trial basis.

7.     I give permission for my child to take part in all school activities, including sports and school sponsored trips away from the school premises, and absolve the school from liability to me or my child because of any injury to my child at school or during any school activity.  In case of accident or serious illness, I request the school contact us.  If the school is unable to contact our family physician, the school may take whatever arrangements seem necessary to meet the needs of my child.

8.     We have read this Statement of Cooperation and, by signing this, we agree to abide by the above-mentioned items.
